Finally I have high speed internet in NJ and can update our page. Emily is now 10 mo. old. She is almost walking and I know it won't be too long before I am chasing her around. She has quite the personality and is even saying and signing a few words. She is now about 20 lbs and loves to go swimming with Mommy. Summer is quickly approaching and we will both be up at camp working this summer. It should be a lot of fun and I know Emily will enjoy all of the scouts.

7 Months Old

Emily is now 7 mo. old and eating solids with ease, well when she feels like it. She is almost crawling and now weighs 15 lbs and is 25 inches long. We are staying in NJ while Rob is deployed and we hear from him every few days. He is doing well and hopefully the time will pass quickly and he will be home before we know it. Emily and I will be working up at camp this summer, and we are both very excited. It should be a great summer, and with all the improvements to camp, the boys are in for a great summer too!

Six Months Old Today

Emily is now 6 mo. old. She can sit up on her own and she has found that if she keeps rolling she can eventually get where she wants. She takes baths in the big tub and has definite likes and dislikes. We will be back in nj by wed next week Feb 21 and should be there until the following February next year. This is what happens when I sleep on my hands
Here she is rolling around to put everything in sight in her mouth
Getting ready to go outside in the Kansas cold
Playing peek-a-boo, well almost
Again Emily with very nice hand prints on her face from sleeping in a very interesting position

Little Brook Visit

Emily and I visit Great Grandpa Knauer
Emily is now 3 months old and really starting to show her little personality. She can hold her head up really well, sit up assisted, and hold up all her weight while standing. She laughs quite loudly now and does a lot of "talking". She loves stroller rides around the house, and napping with mommy. We will be heading back to Kansas after Thanksgiving, but we will return to NJ for Christmas. She will be getting baptised on December 24th at 7:30pm at Long Valley Presbyterian Church (where Rob and I got Married) and all are welcome to attend

Some old some new

Emily is almost 2 months old. She is very alert, can hold her head up, and is starting to laugh. She has grown to 13lbs and is moving into her 3-6 mo. Clothes. Emily and I will be visiting NJ for the month of November while Daddy goes to NTC in California. And if all goes well he will hopefully be in NJ for Thanksgiving. Here are some pictures from today and some I found on Rob's camera from the day she came home from the hospital.
